Definitions
The Company means UKSIMs, a trading name of Transcom Telecom Ltd with trading address shown on the Contact Us page.
The Customer means the person using and or making purchases on the the UKSIMs website.
The website means UKSIMs located at http://uksims.eu
The Contract means the transaction of a purchase made by The Customer
1. Products & Services
1.1 The Company supplies pay as you go mobile phone top up vouchers for UK mobile phone networks and facilitates said purchases using the only payment method of PayPal. The Company is contracted to supply The Customer with the provision of an e-voucher by email upon The Customer making a purchase on its website.
1.2 Vouchers are supplied in denominations of £10 up to £50 for the following networks; Vodafone O2, T-Mobile, Orange, Three, Lebara Mobile, Lycamobile, Toggle Mobile, GT Mobile, Vectone Mobile, Delight Mobile and Now Mobile. Additional networks and or voucher denominations may be added or current ones removed at any time without prior notice.
1.3 Once a purchase is made, and the e-voucher has been emailed. It is The Customer’s responsibility to apply the credit to their phone using the supplied e-voucher. The Company are not responsible for the subsequent loss, theft or unauthorized use of the e-voucher PIN number. Please note delivery of e-vouchers can take up to 24 hours from the time the order is placed.
1.4 The contract between The Company and The Customer will end once the email for the e-voucher has been sent. Therefore it is essential for The Customer to verify their email addresses and that they have also checked their spam inboxes.
1.5 A customer is limited to one top up voucher purchase per 24 hours period, unless prior agreement has been made with The Company. All transactions above one purchase shall be refunded by The Company.
1.6 The Company has the right to carry out further checks deemed necessary to verify the validity of The Customer and or its transaction with The Company. It is solely The Company’s decision to refuse transactions which are deemed suspicious. The Customers IP addresses and other data will be used to determine whether transactions are suspicious
2. Cancellations & Refunds
2.1 Vouchers purchased from the Website cannot be cancelled or returned or be refunded under any circumstances, as The Company are purchasing the vouchers directly from either the Network Operators or MVNO companies. Vouchers had never known to have problems in the past.
2.2 It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the correct network voucher is selected. Also to make sure both the email address and the mobile telephone number receiving the credit are correct.
3. Usage of Website
The Company reserves the right, at it’s sole discretion to change these Terms and Conditions at any time and your continued use of the Website shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.
4. Third Party Websites
The Website may include links to third party websites that are controlled and maintained by others. Any link to other websites is not an endorsement of such websites and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites.
5. Copyright
5.1 All copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights contained within the Website without limitation are owned by the Company to whom the original names, logos, graphics and images belong to.
5.2 In accessing the Website you agree that you will access the content solely for your personal or commercial use. None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without prior consent of the copyright holder.
